PrintaClean Bio

A broad-spectrum mould and extruder screw cleaner for the injection moulding process.

-  A cleaning solution designed to remove residual polymer as well as emission deposits during

   maintenance and repair of moulds and extruder screws.

- During plastic processing, deposits can develop on the tool, which may affect the quality of the

   moulded parts.

- These deposits are residual polymer as well as decomposition products of plastics or the additives

   contained in them, such as stabilisers, flame-retardant additives, static inhibitors and propellants.

- The formation of deposits can be accelerated by high melt temperature and poor tool ventilation.

 - Printaclean Bio contains highly active solvents in a concentrated form that can remove these

   emission deposits from most types of plastic.

- Thanks to its high concentration, Printaclean Bio is particularly suitable for manually cleaning

  dismantled and cooled tools.

- It does not impair ejector guides as it does not release grease.

- Printaclean Bio contains no highly volatile solvents and has low VOC emissions, making it an

  environmentally friendly option for cleaning and maintaining plastic moulds.

-  Available as solution (pressure free) and in spray cans. In contrast to the solution the spray can is

   flammable and a dangerous good as per transport regulations
